Instructions for Mini-Blinds

The mini-blind system along the perimeter windows is set up to visually express uniformity across the building when observed from the exterior.  With that in mind, the blinds are divided into upper and lower window systems.

  • The upper blinds are set to always remain in the down position in essence creating a band across the upper windows on each floor.  Occupants can use the wand to open and close these blinds but will not be able to raise and lower them

  • The lower blinds can be raised and lowered but are set to either be all the way up or all the way down.  Occupants cannot partially raise or lower the blinds.  Like the upper set, occupants can use the wand to open and close the blinds.
