Service Requests

 

All service requests are to be directed to the Property Management Office.  It is preferred that work requests are not given to the engineers while they are in the field unless it is an emergency.  When service requests are made to the Property Management Office, a work order is generated.  During business hours, you should receive a response within an hour.  For your convenience, you may send us your request via e-mail to 1515.WynkoopPM@hines.com or submit a request via the Tenant Services tab on the 1515 Wynkoop tenant website.
